HAPPY TO HELP*******-Conditions Apply!!*******

Vodafone followed Airtel in cutting the std rates..i was elated as am a vodafone customer..std at 1.30 bucks is damn reasonable and roaming at 1 buck even better as am soon goin on a holiday...
But Vodafone is vodafone..we always have conditions apply.Unlike airtel where the new rates apply across all call plans..in vodafone we have conditions apply..So sadly i fall under one of those conditions where i have another plan so i cant make use of this so called std plans..this is very very sad..i never understand the concept of vodafone (even hutch as it was known earlier)..they love creating confusion and have too many conditions apply...

the customer care knows nothing at all...i know more abt their plans..they cant speak english.
So yesterday fed up with the ppl on the phone i went to the vodafone shop.I had a problem with my gprs settings(third party applications(like opera) couldnt connect to the internet) too apart from the std plan so i asked those guys to help me out as they r always happy to help..

on the std query..i got 3 diff answers... in the end they asked me to come after 3 days and on the gprs things the guy there fiddled around with my phone settings and now even the web browser dint connect...

I got PISSED - GRABBED MY PHONE BACK -GAVE A VERY SWEET SMILE - WALKED OFF!!

Vodafone better buckle up...ur doomed!!am sure once the number portability thing comes in am gonna jump to a better network(so will many more like me)..who r actually is "HAPPY TO HELP"
