And its still not sinking in!!!

Wondered where i've been for the past 3 days!!In a state of shock looking at whats happening in mumbai.Been glued to the tv since then and till now continue to be in a state of shock. The situation still hasn't sinked in and i don't think it will anytime soon.Enough of the resilience.None of us can take it anymore. All of us feel insecure in our very homes!!Its time for a movement..a movement for a change and a movement by the people and for the people. We have had enough of those politicians and babus of the government! Those ppl will forget this in a months time and we'll have the next blast and this wil continue unless we the people do something..the only thing that wil matter to them is better utilization of the ghastly acts for their political careers.I can actually continue writing stuff abt all this but then i think every Indian has realised that the times come....

But in all his mayhem there's been one thing that still keeps me going is the determination ,strength, valour of the armed forces. Many of them have given their lives and these are the sam every people till a month back whom most of the politicians dint agree to them getting a pay rise on par with the rest!!This is how we respect our heroes??And yes Mr Raj Thackrey, where are ur marathi manoos... i think uve got the signal sir..this is india , ur an indian and then a marathi manoos. The army guys giving up their lives were not marathis, north indians, south indians...they were and always wil be Indians.Be proud of them and if u or any othe rpolitician makes this into a political issue ull probably be digging ur own grave!!

And as the gun battle continues i go back into the shock and the feeling of fear this strike has ha don me...

yes...your rant for change...demanding a secure nation...forget it...

the system has gotten so ingrained into our lives that removing it would be like cutting open your abdomen with a rusted knife to pull out your appendix. our political system is exactly that. you cant take it out yourself unless you wanna bring yourself to near death. and yet you cant live with it because it does you no good and you know one day its gonna kill you with appendicitis.

as for the armed forces. with all due respect. how long does it take for "50 elite commandos" to flush out "one terrorist still holed up in the taj" after 20 hours?

it all has to go. we need a revamp. flush the system of the toxins. then meticulously, surgically, cut out the shit. the shit that bogs us down and then maybe, just maybe, we can think of a better, more secure future.

@hasan!!! Hostages & heritage u need to protect both!!! They went on with a slow campaign as they both wanted to protect the above as well as try capturing them alive..look at the nariman house incident they were damn slow till they got a confirmation of the hostages as soon as they realised that the hostages had all been killed they finished the operation within an hour..the above i hope explains why the operation was so slow

bull...shit. the building was burning up in different places.

if you say heritage and hostages both had to be protected, you're obviously using some messed up measure to place value on them.

there is no doubt about it. human life is prime. everything else is a coincidence.
